The Ground Breaking Ceremony for United Court Transitional Housing was held in the presence of Chief Executive of HKSAR, Mrs. Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council, Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited, and Mr. Andrew Lee and Mr. Ellis Leung of Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates Architects Limited (ALKF+) and other guests on 16 June 2021.

The Transitional Housing Project is located in Tung Tau, Yuen Long with site area of 230,000 square feet, which will be completed in mid-2022. It consists of 1800 residential units to be constructed by steel MiC method.

The United Court is adjacent to the local village Shan Pui Tsuen. The project will provide about 1,800 units and only a 10 minutes’ walk from the Yuen Long station of the West Rail Line.  Social services will also be provided for the residents to promote active community participation and a caring supportive and inclusive social environment.

Being as Architectural Lead-consultant, ALKF+ engages in design and project administration works of the Project.   We strive for the architectural excellence to the production of transitional housing for the community in-need.
