Honored to be presented at the 2015 MIPIM Asia Awards. Two ALKF projects have been recognised with awards for excellence in innovative green design.

This is the second time that our projects have taken home the prestigious accolade. The two green developments are HIGH PARK & HIGH PARK GRAND and TIN SHUI WAI SPORTS CENTRE AND COMMUNITY HALL, they were awarded Silver and Bronze in the BEST INNOVATIVE GREEN BUILDING category.

HIGH PARK & HIGH PARK GRAND
A pair of 28 and 31-storey luxury sister residential developments in the middle of the Kowloon Peninsula. To showcase a new trend of luxurious living in the city, both projects feature a variety of unique amenity facilities including covered swimming pools and sky clubhouse at upper floors of the buildings to embrace the 180-degree panoramic and unparalleled view over the Lion Rock Country Park.

TIN SHUI WAI SPORTS CENTRE AND COMMUNITY HALL
The design philosophy behind the Tin Fai Road Sports Centre cum Community Hall is based precisely on these place-making ideas while emphasizing on the part of human sensory at a civic scale, through a constant play of light and shadow and an ambiguous continuum of inside and outside space. The complex houses an international standard multi-purpose games hall, a multi-purpose community hall, a competition standard outdoor climbing wall, and a number of multi-functional recreational rooms, children play areas, conferencing facilities, as well as a vast area of community landscape features.
