A New Milestone

Sitting on a steep hillside on island south alongside one of the first and oldest buildings on campus, this multi-functional development complex will house two brand new hostel blocks for the students and two spacious living quarter blocks for the teaching staff with about 1,300 units in total. To showcase a new era in today’s ever-evolving building technology, the project will be realized using full steel Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) construction method and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology will be fully integrated as a hand tool in all aspects of the project design and drawing production process.
